I was thinking it; she said it.
I’ve been blessed by spending time recently with a friend who also is a mom and a photographer. Yes, we both have kids and we both love to take photographs, but the list (!) of things in common between us is a bit staggering. To think all this time I had a twin and didn’t know it.
My friend and her husband welcomed girl #3 into their family almost 2 months ago. I spent the afternoon at her house yesterday and took a few photos of her and Sophia. I began backing up the files last night and came across this one. I haven’t processed anything yet, but I liked this one immediately.

I’ll post more next week.

It’s so true what they say about laughter.

I was able to spend yesterday afternoon with another newly-arrived little one and his family.

We have quite a long-standing tradition at our church of a ladies’ tea the day before Mother’s Day. There is a lot of work involved (thank you Leanna and happy birthday!), but it is great fun. My friend, Nicole, and I have been hosting one of the many tables for a few years now. Nicole has these amazing ideas, and the table always looks beautiful.
