Friends and birthdays

I love celebrating with friends. One had a birthday BBQ a few weeks ago and it was another of those times where I laughed until I cried, until my stomach hurt, and then I laughed some more.
This past weekend, another friend celebrated her birthday.
The setting was fun with lots of food, wine, and an amazing cake
made by another of her friends (with 32 chocolate flowers in honor of the occasion).
But her delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law she meditates day and night. She is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever she does prospers.
