Treasured teas and baby blues

We have quite a long-standing tradition at our church of a ladies’ tea the day before Mother’s Day.  There is a lot of work involved (thank you Leanna and happy birthday!), but it is great fun.  My friend, Nicole, and I have been hosting one of the many tables for a few years now.  Nicole has these amazing ideas, and the table always looks beautiful.

It’s always fun to look at the other tables, too, because they are all so unique.  A friend dressed up her table with a collection of antique jewelry.

And the baby blues?  Well, I often do not meet my photography clients until our session date, but this particular 14-month old was introduced to me a few months ago at church.  I had already talked with her mother via phone and a date was set.  After meeting her, I could not wait for our time together.  I love her baby blues and had a great time with her yesterday afternoon.

More on this cutie coming later this week.

Have a great Tuesday!

I didn’t get a chance to check out your table the day of and boy did I miss out. You two were very creative. Love your theme and the cookies.
