Book reports, laundry, and photos

that’s what my yesterday afternoon and evening consisted of.

Both of my boys have a report due at school this week.  For my youngest, this is his first.  He is very excited!  His report is on snowy owls, and he did it all on his own.

My youngest is eating a lot lately…still the same limited types of food, but a lot more of them.  Almost invariably before bedtime, he says he is hungry.  His snack of choice is usually cereal, but whom am I kidding? - he’ll eat cereal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner too.

5 days

5 days off from the regular routine sounds so good, and it is!

My boys didn’t have school on Friday and they don’t have school today or tomorrow due to conferences.  We’ve been relaxing, sleeping, reading, making more cookies, going on walks, playing, watching movies, etc. – so nice!

My boys are such opposites in some areas (food preferences for example).  We went out for lunch yesterday and my eldest
