The long weekend away was great!
We did enjoy some sun and warmer temperatures. We also survived some humidity; we were so thankful the thunderstorms began after the wedding had ended!
The tuxedos looked fabulous (despite the temperature and humidity)

I’m heading out with the family for a long weekend away. We’ll enjoy some sun and warm temperatures. The boys will enjoy wearing their tuxedos (maybe not in the heat) while performing wedding duties…
at least they had lots of fun trying on their fancy duds.

I’ll be posting again on Tuesday. Have a fabulous weekend!

I’m heading back to the beach tomorrow, with my boys, for a week. Looking forward to exploring together.
Unfortunately wireless connectivity is unreliable on the island, so I will not be blogging this next week. Upon my return I’ll respond to e-mails, voice messages, and order placement.
Have a fabulous week!

Traveling with 16 of my closest family members is always hilarious.
This time our trip was only a weekend away, but it was still lots of fun…from the boat rides to the side-by-side hotel rooms (I felt a bit sorry for nearby, non-family member occupants) to the table for 17 at a very small, very crowded Italian restaurant.
Here are a few snapshots of the weekend.

that’s what I had 2 weeks ago. It was obviously referred to as a “vacation” in the house where my boys stayed since I received two little notes upon my arrival home. Both mentioned a vacation…one read “I hope you had a nice vacation” and the other read “I need a vacation.”
